The story

Still perfect. Manchester City won 3-0 at Liverpool and have six wins from six, with Erling Haaland on six league goals. In Spain, Raphinha’s Barcelona beat Getafe 3-0 for eight wins from eight.

Hat-trick hero. Christopher Nkunku scored three as RB Leipzig hammered Eintracht Frankfurt 6-0, while Leverkusen’s Patrik Schick leads the Bundesliga scorers with five.

Holders strike in Manchester. In the Champions League, Ousmane Dembélé’s Paris Saint-Germain won 4-2 at City despite two Haaland goals. Liverpool won 6-3 at LASK and Aston Villa beat Fenerbahçe 6-0.

Spain’s goal machines. Lamine Yamal and Kylian Mbappé have seven LaLiga goals each, and Mbappé scored again in Real Madrid’s 4-3 comeback at Roma. In Germany, Harry Kane set up Bayern’s equaliser in a 2-2 draw at Augsburg.

Coming up: Bayern v RB Leipzig and Juventus v Lazio this weekend, then Paris Saint-Germain v Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday 20 October.
