Nigeria's teenage stars are heading back to Morocco. The Flamingos, Nigeria's Under-17 women's team, start their campaign at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup on Saturday 17 October 2026 against Poland in Rabat.

Coach Hakeem Busari named 21 players for the tournament, which runs until 7 November. Nigeria are in Group B with Poland, Puerto Rico and the defending champions, Korea DPR, so the toughest test comes last.
